Note: You remain responsible for all content and campaigns, whether created manually or with AI assistance.

8. Appeals Process

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error:

  1. Submit an appeal to appeals@advertisinghubai.com within 30 days
  2. Include evidence supporting your case and policy compliance

  4. Accept the decision - our appeals decision is final

Appeals are only for: Mistaken identity, technical errors, or misunderstanding of policy. Repeated violations cannot be appealed.
