This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and billing for the AI Marketing Platform. We strive to provide excellent service while maintaining fair and transparent billing practices.

All subscription fees are processed through Stripe, our secure payment processor, and are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Subscription Plans and Billing

Our subscription plans are billed as follows:

Monthly Plans

  • • Starter: $99/month
  • • Professional: $299/month
  • • Agency: $599/month
  • • Enterprise: $1,499/month

Billed monthly in advance

Annual Plans

  • • Starter: $990/year (2 months free)
  • • Professional: $2,990/year (2 months free)
  • • Agency: $5,990/year (2 months free)
  • • Enterprise: $14,990/year (2 months free)

Billed annually in advance

3. Free Trial Policy

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users:

  • Duration: 14 days from account creation
  • Features: Full access to Starter plan features
  • Payment: No payment required during trial
  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime during trial with no charges
  • Auto-renewal: Converts to paid plan unless cancelled
  • Eligibility: One trial per user/organization

Important: You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. We'll send reminder emails 3 days and 1 day before trial expiration.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available in the following circumstances:

  • Service outage exceeding 48 consecutive hours
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Unauthorized charges due to account compromise
  • Failure to deliver core platform features
  • Technical issues preventing platform use (unresolved after 7 days)
  • Cancellation within 7 days of initial paid subscription

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind or business needs
  • Failure to use the service
  • Account termination due to policy violations
  • Third-party platform issues (Facebook, Google, etc.)
  • Campaign performance or advertising results
  • Partial month usage after cancellation
  • Requests made more than 30 days after billing

6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

Cancellation Effects

  • Immediate: No future charges will occur
  • Access: Service continues until end of current billing period
  • Data: Account data retained for 90 days
  • Reactivation: Can reactivate within 90 days

7. Prorated Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may provide prorated refunds:

Service Downgrade: Refund difference for unused premium features

Account Termination: Our fault - refund unused portion

Service Outage: Credit for extended downtime

Note: Prorated refunds are calculated based on unused days in the billing period and are issued as account credits by default.

8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank:

  • Contact us first: Most billing issues can be resolved quickly
  • Chargeback consequences: May result in account suspension
  • Dispute fees: Chargebacks incur additional processing fees
  • Resolution time: Direct contact is faster than chargeback process

If you must dispute a charge, we'll work with your bank to provide necessary documentation and resolve the issue fairly.

9. Enterprise and Custom Plans

Enterprise customers may have different refund terms:

  • Custom contracts: Refund terms specified in signed agreement
  • Minimum commitments: May have annual or multi-year terms
  • Service level agreements: Specific uptime and performance guarantees
  • Dedicated support: Priority handling of billing issues

10. International Customers

Additional considerations for international customers:
